The Grenaways formed in the summer of 2010 in Polzeath, North Cornwall.

The band’s line up is still taking shape, with musicians / friends joining us for a while and then heading off on other adventures.

But, we have a core that has stuck, Kris on lead vocals and acoustic guitar, Laura on lead vocals and keys, Heno on drums, backing vocals and cajon and Isabelle on violin.

In some ways we see ourselves as creative collective, rather than a band, understanding that for the time being this isn’t a ‘full time thing” and has to fit into our lives, with jobs and family commitments. But, we love music and the gift of a new song, allowing harmonies to form and occasionally playing live in venues around Cornwall.

“The Star Of Wonder EP by The Grenaways is a joyous and uplifting Christmas EP. The songs are played with passion and good feel and is in aid of the Cornish charity 'Shelterbox'. It also features the wonderful St Minver school choir. An impressive release and one of my personal favourites”
